What are my shipping options?
We offer a flat rate $10 postage option available Australia wide. This means that you will never pay more than $10 for postage, even if it cost us $30.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
The Holistic Sage sells brand new products that are assessed for quality before listing them for sale. In the event that we receive a damaged product, we will list it for sale as such and at a reduced price, with pictures of the defect in the product.
In most cases however, we simply give products with minor defects away as free gifts.
If your product arrives damaged it is likely a result of poor handeling during the delivery process. Therefore we will assist you in putting in a claim with Australia Post who are fully responsible for any loss or damage of your parcel and the items contained within once they are in possession of your package.
How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
The best way to contact us is via the contact form on our website or through facebook or instagram messaging.
You can email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org however we recieve hundreds of emails a day so there may be significant delays in response times.
We try to respond to all enquiries within 48hrs when we are contacted via our contact form or social media messaging system.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world. Please contact us if you are unsure about your particular location.
As a small Australian business, we don't have access to low cost international shipping options, however if you are a customer from the US or Europe, once your dollar is converted you can expect shipping products from the other side of the world to cost in the vacinity of $40 USD or so, depending on where exactly it is going and how heavy/bulky the package is.
Do you have a physical location?
No, we are currently operating as an online store only however we are looking at the possibility of operating from a physical location.
