SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Australia Post is our go to for most items posted within Australia and overseas, however we will on occasion use other postal companies. Changes to our postage, returns and refunds policies will be update here.
Postage within Australia generally takes between 2 to 3 days to reach its destination, however it may take up to 7 days depending on where in Australia the package is being delivered to.
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant delays in some instances, all over Australia and the world. Australia Post will not follow up on delayed parcels unless they have been delayed for at least 14 days, so please wait for the 14 day period to pass before requesting an update of the progress of a parcel delivery.
Flat rate postage is offered Australia wide! It will never cost you more than $10 to post, even if it costs us $30!
Although we do not have access to low cost shipping for international customers, we do ship almost anywhere in the world. And thanks to the favourable exchange rate in the US and Europe, our higher cost shipping rates work out to be roughly what you'd expect to pay after converting to your dollar. We use Australia Post for most international orders.
Returns & Refunds
The Holistic Sage has a no questions asked returns & refund policy provided the following conditions are met.
1. The item(s) is returned unused, unopened and undamaged
2. The item(s) is returned using a secure postal method including tracking and additional insurance if you are returning items worth more than $100
3. The item is in perfect condition and can be relisted for sale
Items returned to us that do not meet all 3 of these conditions will not be refunded and you will be required to pay to the postage cost to have them returned to you.
Postage/shipping costs are non-refundable unless you are requesting store credit instead.
Please make sure that you can meet all the conditions required in order to qualify for a refund before returning your product(s) to avoid disappointment and additional cost of re-posting.
Missed Deliveries / Return to Sender
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, you will be notified so that you can arrange to have it redelivered.
We are more than happy to help you figure out what is going on with your parcel should it be delayed, so don't hesitate to contact us if it has been at least 14 days since you received the tracking number.
We are not a postal service, we simply hand your package over to the postal service who you pay to have your parcel delivered to you.
Once a parcel is out of our hands and in the hands of the postal service, the responsibility to deliver your parcel is and remains with them.
All our parcels are sent with tracking and confirmation of logement, therefore we will not be held responsible or liable for lost, missing or damaged parcels or items.
